Price per request
Every endpoint, at every tier. Search endpoints are priced per page returned, not per record, so a page with fifty people costs the same as a page with five.

What the price does not include
There is no email enrichment on any plan, at any price. Email addresses are not part of a public LinkedIn profile and we do not sell what we cannot source honestly. If that is what you need, we are not the right provider.
There is no contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. We publish live health at /status and we do not charge for failed requests, but we would rather say that plainly than advertise a number we cannot enforce.
Balance expires after twelve months. That is a real constraint, not fine print we hope you miss — it is shown on every package on your account page, and you get an email before your balance runs low.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly minimum or a subscription?
No, and there is no subscription option at all. Balance is prepaid, you are charged per call, and nothing renews unless you switch on automatic top-ups yourself.
Does my balance expire?
Yes, twelve months after it is added. The expiry date is shown per package on your account page and you are emailed before your balance runs low.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. If we cannot serve a request you get a 502 and your balance is untouched. You only pay for calls that return data.
How does the usage discount work?
Your tier is set by the highest-tier package you currently hold balance on. That tier takes a fixed percentage off every call — 19% on Basic, 42% on Pro, 55% on Scale — for as long as that balance lasts.
What happens if I run out mid-job?
Calls return 402 insufficient_balance with the amount required, and nothing is charged. Switch on automatic top-ups if you would rather a long job never stops.
