Acceptable use and data compliance
This policy is binding on every account, and it constrains us too: nothing we publish about the product may promise a capability this page forbids.
Last updated Aug 9, 2026. This is our policy written in good faith, not legal advice.
What the API returns
Enricho returns information that is publicly visible on LinkedIn to a signed-out visitor. We do not sign in, we do not use customer cookies or credentials, we do not access private profiles, connections, messages or anything behind a login, and we do not circumvent access controls.
We do not return email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses, and we do not offer email enrichment on any endpoint. If you need those, we are not your provider.
Your obligations
You are the data controller for anything you retrieve. If you are subject to the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or a similar regime, you need a lawful basis for processing the personal data you collect, and you are responsible for establishing it — legitimate interest for B2B prospecting is common, but it is your assessment to make and document.
You must honour deletion and objection requests from the people whose data you hold, keep the data secure, and delete it when your lawful basis no longer applies.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Enricho to build or enrich datasets used for unlawful discrimination in employment, housing, credit or insurance; to harass, stalk, dox or intimidate anyone; to send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of applicable law; to scrape or infer special category data such as health, religion, sexuality, trade union membership or political opinion; to impersonate a person or organisation; or to resell raw responses as a competing data feed.
Accounts found doing any of this are terminated, and unused balance is refunded.
Data removal requests
If you are an individual and you want your data suppressed from responses we return, email us with the profile URL and we will add it to a suppression list, normally within five working days. You do not need an account to make that request and we will not ask you to justify it.
We can only act on what we return going forward. Data a customer has already retrieved sits in their systems, and their privacy notice governs it — we will pass a request on where we can identify the recipient.
Trademarks and affiliation
Enricho is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation, used here only to describe what the API returns.
